Patient Experience Ambassador – 2 positions

We are a reputed Physiotherapy clinic with 6 locations in the GTA. We are looking for TWO exceptional Patient Experience Ambassadors to provide ongoing exceptional customer service to our patients. We are looking for mature individuals that aim to not meet our patient’s expectations at our clinic, but to exceed them! One position is open for the Toronto Clinic & one for the Mississauga clinic.


~ Experience working in a very busy medical set-up or busy customer service environment – experience in a Physiotherapy clinic, Chiropractic clinic or dental clinic would be preferred.
~ Able to provide highest quality customer service to our patients.
~ Extremely self-motivated.
~ Understands the business side of running a medical practice.
~ Excellent phone manners & outstanding people skills.
~ Responsible, well organized and able to work under pressure as well as multi-task.
~ Proficient on the computer.
~ Able to handle and schedule a high volume of patients per day while retaining the ability to make sure patients follow their treatment plan visit frequencies.
~ Focused on growing in the Medical Customer Service field.
~ Medical office assistant diploma, degree or related medical office or customer service experience preferred.

Hours: Early mornings or evenings & Saturdays will be required.

Physiotherapist – Mississauga

We are looking for a registered physiotherapist to practice at our Mississauga (Square One area) location. It is a part time position which may be expanded to full time as the case load grows.

Primary Requirements:

~ 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopaedic setting preferred but we are open to new grads who are a right fit.
~ Exceptional interpersonal skills & ability to build client rapport.
~ A Positive attitude.
~ Performance oriented with a willingness to discuss & implement performance goals.
~ Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.
~ A Commitment to superior customer service & quality treatment.
~ Acupuncture certification an asset.
~ Must be able to positively receive feedback on performance with a willingness to adapt recommendations from caseload mentor.
~ Must be able to participate in community & promotional events to represent the clinic.
~ Interested in sharing knowledge and engaging in team-based patient care with other healthcare professionals in the clinic.
~ Good time management, multitasking and problem solving skills.
~ Ability to uphold the high level of patient experience that the clinics are known for.
~ Interest in pursuing Pelvic Health training &/or Vestibular Rehabilitation training.
