Payment & Insurance
Private Extended Health Care Plans
If you have extended health benefits, your plan may cover all or some of the costs for physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, braces and orthotics every year. Call us and our receptionist will assist you in determining your coverage.
You may discuss the fees and rates with your physiotherapist or the receptionist.
You may be required to pay a deductible or make a co-payment if your insurance plan defines so.
Most insurance companies require you to pay upfront for Orthotic devices. We will be happy to assist you in preparing your claim.
- Payment is due at the end of every treatment session. You will be provided with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
- Weekly payment arrangements can also be made.
- If your insurance plan allows for assignment of benefits, we can bill the insurance directly with no upfront payment on your behalf.
We are preferred providers for Greenshield, Blue Cross & Veteran’s Affairs Canada but we also deal with the following insurance providers:
- Great West Life
- Standard Life
- Maritime Life
- Equitable Life
- Industrial Alliance
