Ahmad completed his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto and his undergraduate Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology at York University. He is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. He has a special interest in treating all types of orthopedic conditions and is interested in pursuing continuing education studies in manual and manipulative physiotherapy, in addition to building on the acupuncture, dry needling, and Soft Tissue Release course he has already taken.
His treatment philosophy is to address multiple body systems (muscular, fascial, skeletal) in order to increase function and mobility and to decrease pain in his patients. Ahmad stays up to date with current research to provide the soundest care for his patients and ensures that he keeps his treatment patient-centered and always revisits his patients’ goals when creating treatment plans. He always educates his patients about their condition and treatment so that they can be a well-informed, active member in their therapy.
In his spare time, Ahmad enjoys spending time with family, exercising, and exploring new areas of the city
