Kelly completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology and Psychology at Western University, followed by a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from McMaster University. She has taken several courses to further her skills in acupuncture, soft tissue release and pelvic health.
Kelly uses an integrated approach to treatment, combining manual therapy, functional exercise, mind-body wellness and education to enable her patients to optimize function in their daily lives. She has a special interest in treating patients with a variety of pelvic health dysfunctions and empowering them to manage their symptoms while continuing to participate in daily life. Kelly is also passionate about sharing her knowledge about safe, functional movements with individual of all ages and activity levels.
In her spare time, Kelly is involved with coaching dragon boat teams and enjoys training in Olympic lifting, powerlifting and CrossFit. Kelly was a competitive dragon boat paddler for 10 years but she is excited to do more outrigger canoe paddling this upcoming summer.
