Our mentorship and learning opportunities are like no other. Structured mentorship sessions for all levels of experience are held to help practitioners be the best version of themselves. Mentors are equipped with Advanced Practice degrees, FCAMPT, Neurofunctional Acupuncture, McKenzie Certification, Pelvic Health, GUNN IMS and other skills to share the knowledge and help practitioners grow their practice.

What we are looking for
- 1-2+ years of experience working in an orthopaedic private practice.
- A passion for the profession.
- Exceptional work ethic, interpersonal skills & ability to build client rapport.
- Interest in sharing knowledge and engaging in team-based patient care with other healthcare professionals.
- A Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for your clients.
- Performance-oriented with an openness to discuss & implement performance goals.
- Contributor to Clinic Culture: Attend clinic events, participate in fun clinic endeavours, take on PT Students, mentor junior PTs
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.
Location Available:
- King West – PT with orthopedic and Pelvic Health focus.
What you’ll do
- Assessment & treatment of patients with orthopaedic and sports injuries.
- Practice your specialty of choice (pelvic health, vestibular rehab etc.).
- Uphold our core value of lifelong learning and participate in mentoring, continuing education and other learning initiatives we provide.
- Uphold the high level of patient experience that the clinics are known for
- Work with other healthcare professionals to get your patients to their 100%.
What you’ll get
