The health and safety of the community at large is a top concern amid the
global COVID-19 pandemic. During this time we must place an increased
focus on health and safety in order to keep our clinics open and safe.
Here is what we are doing to ensure your health and safety and that of our team.
Our Clinic Space
All frequently touched surfaces to be wiped down with disinfectant several times a day.
Chair placement will be reconfigured to maintain required physical distance.
Sneeze Guards will be installed at the reception desk.
Floor markers for social distancing will be placed.
Magazines will be removed from the reception area.
Forms and invoices will be done electronically.
Treatment space will be allocated to each practitioner for exclusive use for each day.
Bed placement will be reconfigured to maintain physical distancing with other patients.
Beds and equipment will be wiped down with disinfectant after each patient.
Pillow Cases will no longer be used, vinyl pillows will be wiped down after each patient.
Any IASTM or other equipment will be disinfected after each use.
Exercise equipment will be wiped down with disinfectant after each patient.
What you will do
Before your visit
Complete the COVID-19 Screening Form prior to your appointment on the day of.
Complete any Intake Forms or other required forms prior to your appointment.
Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment.
At the clinic
Wear a mask to your appointment.
Sanitize or wash your hands upon arrival and after use of any equipment.
Follow physical distancing guidelines.

Sanitize or wash your hands.
Pay by credit card using the tap feature when possible.
We also request that you stay home if you are feeling sick. We will gladly reschedule your appointment for you.
What we will do
Screen all staff at the beginning of their shift and all patients before their arrival.
Wear a mask while at work.
Change into clothing reserved strictly for work.
Wash or sanitize our hands before and after your treatment.
Clean and disinfect all used beds and equipment after each use.
Reduce the number of staff and patients in the clinic at a time.
