Manu is a registered physiotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy. He comes with a wealth of experience, he has successfully treated numerous orthopaedic conditions, along with a specialization in addressing vestibular disorders and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders.
At the core of Manu’s treatment philosophy lies a comprehensive approach that encompasses manual therapy, personalized exercise prescription, and patient education. He places great emphasis on empowering his patients by educating them about their specific condition, enabling them to grasp its intricacies and take proactive measures to prevent future injury recurrences.

Jacqueline is a registered physiotherapist in Etobicoke.
Jacqueline completed her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University. Prior to her Master’s degree, she obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, Psychology, and Physiology at the University of Toronto.
She is a physiotherapist registered with the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Jacqueline is passionate about promoting physical health and working with patients to achieve their goals and get them back to doing what they love! Her treatment approach includes a combination of hands-on manual therapy, education, and exercise prescription.
In her spare time, Jacqueline enjoys yoga, hiking, and playing the piano.

Biography
Sneha is a registered Physiotherapist who is licensed to practice in province of Ontario.
She holds a Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy and has been practicing for more than 7 years in various clinical settings.
Sneha believes in conducting a detailed initial assessment, followed by manual hands-on and active therapy with patient education which involves a combination of techniques like Myofascial release, Mulligan, Maitland and Graston Technique. Sneha is also well trained in using Neuro-developmental techniques, sensory re-education, Pilates and Kinesio-taping. She is taking her career a step forward by working on pursuing McKenzie and Acupuncture certification. She also has a keen interest in the field of cancer rehabilitation.
Sneha is also trained in pelvic health and is passionate about helping individuals with pelvic floor issues regain their quality of life.
Sneha is an extrovert by nature and in her free time enjoys traveling and reading.

Biography
Anthony graduated from McMaster University with a Masters of Physiotherapy and previously attained an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology & Health Science from York University. His passion for human movement stems from his life experience with exercise and the positive, transformative effects it had physically and psycho-socially in his life. His desire to help others, along with his immense interest in human anatomy, physiology, and functional exercise training has led him to pursue Physiotherapy.
Anthony utilizes a multi-modal approach to rehabilitation including a combination of exercise, education, manual therapy and modalities to help patients get back to the activities they enjoy. He empowers his patients to take an active approach in managing their injuries and recovery process. He has a strong desire to pursue extensive postgraduate education in manual therapy, strength and conditioning, and pre-habilitation using exercise as a preventative strategy to mitigate future injury.
Anthony has experience working with athletes as a prior strength trainer for Ontario Athletics Baseball Association as well as working with diverse populations with the City of Vaughan as a Fitness Consultant/Instructor.
He is dedicated to encouraging others to live a healthy active lifestyle, and consistently strives to practice what he preaches, as an avid runner, weightlifter, hockey player and golfer himself. He also very much enjoys playing drums or guitar in his free time.

Biography
Damian is passionate about client-centred care and uses his clinical knowledge in conjunction with his fascination with human psychology in order to energize and empower his clients to take control of their health. He strives to achieve this through the three pillars of exercise, manual therapy, and education.
Damian is currently pursuing his Manual Therapy levels through the Orthopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and has developed an astute interest in acupuncture, the Mulligan Concept, and myofascial release techniques thus far. He is also a Functional IMS (FIMS) certified physiotherapist.
Outside of the clinic, Damian is an extroverted soul who loves exercise, swing dancing, and thought provoking conversations over an exquisite cup of coffee.

Lindsay graduated from the University of Toronto with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph and a Diploma of Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College.
Lindsay is passionate about working collaboratively with patients to rehabilitate their injuries and get them back to doing what they love. She believes that the best approach to treatment is to use a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue manipulation, and exercise prescription.
When she is not working, you can find her watching movies, attempting escape rooms, or trying to build her running shoe collection.

Biography
Kris graduated from McMaster University with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy and previously graduated from University of Toronto with a Honours Bachelor of Science in Physiology.
He is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Kris works by determining the root cause of a patient’s issue and creates a detailed treatment plan for them. He provides hands-on manual therapy, personalized exercise programs, and educates patients to help decrease their pain, improve their mobility, and work towards their goals.
Kris has also received further training in manual therapy, soft tissue release, concussion management, acupuncture and Functional IMS (FIMS). He has helped people of all populations including clients that are post surgery, weekend warriors, to collegiate and professional athletes.
In his spare time, you can catch Kris playing basketball and volleyball, swimming, or watching movies.

Carly earned her Masters of Physical Therapy from Western University. Prior to this, she completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. She is currently registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Carly first became interested in physical therapy after playing competitive soccer and hockey growing up, while also undergoing four ankle surgeries. She has a passion for empowering her clients to get them back to doing what they love. Carly has completed her Level 1 Diploma of Manual Therapy with the Orthopedic Division and plans to further her education in Manual Therapy and Vestibular Rehabilitation.
In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, hiking, spending time outdoors, and time with family. Carly is an avid Leafs fan and lovse to travel.

Sierra obtained a Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Neuroscience at Carleton University. She is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Her holistic assessment and treatment approach focuses on manual therapy, soft tissue work, exercise prescription, and patient education and has completed her courses in Acupuncture and Dry Needling. She has begun the process of completing her manual therapy levels through the Orthopaedic Division.
Sierra also has a special interest in Pelvic Health & has completed her Pelvic Level 1, 2 & 3 courses. She has also completed courses in pregnancy & pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain as well as Diastasis Recti. Sierra is also experienced in pessary fittings.
She believes in empowering her clients and giving them the tools necessary to heal themselves and restore mobility and function. Educating her patients is an important aspect of her care. Sierra believes that her clients should understand their injury, the treatment they are receiving and how they play an active role in their recovery.
In her spare time, she enjoys pole aerobics, playing with her dog, and traveling.
