DISHA NAIK

Biography

Disha received her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Prior to this, she graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science.

Disha is passionate about empowering patients to reach their goals by taking an individualized, holistic approach during assessments and treatment. She values providing patient-centered care and believes that having patients become active collaborators in their physiotherapy journey can help them maximize their potential and results.

Disha will incorporate a combination of education, manual therapy, soft tissue work and exercise prescription to help you get back to doing what you love. Her interests are in pelvic health and manual therapy, and will be continuing her clinical education in these areas.

In her free time, Disha enjoys dancing, working out, exploring different dessert spots, and wants to travel.
