Janvi graduated with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Prior, she completed her Honours Bachelor of Health Science degree at Wilfrid Laurier University with a double minor in human biology and chemistry.
Her passion for physiotherapy stems from a genuine love for the human body. Janvi considers the whole person when developing individualized treatment plans and encourages active participation to attain goals. Her experience includes working in various ICUs at Sunnybrook Hospital, SickKids Hospital, St Michael’s Hospital in addition to orthopaedic clinics. She has a special interest in whiplash associated disorders, vestibular disorders, and traumatic brain injuries post motor vehicular accidents. She aspires to help and empower her patients by using a combination of hands-on manual therapy, myofascial release, cupping, kinesio-taping, functional exercise prescription alongside education. Janvi is a certified Functional IMS (FIMS) physiotherapist and is excited to continue her clinical education by taking to expand her clinical skillset.
In her free time, Janvi enjoys baking, hiking and binge-watching tv shows. Janvi practices at the Etobicoke location and can be reached at etobicoke@trianglephysiotherapy.com.
