JULIA RUDECKI

Biography
Julia graduated from the University of Toronto with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, she graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Kinesiology.
Her passion for rehabilitation stems from her love for sports, and experience working as a kinesiologist and athletic trainer for the UBC Women’s Varsity Ice Hockey team. Her main mission is to help get her patients moving and back to enjoying the things they love. Julia utilizes a patient-centered and biopsychosocial approach and collaborates with her patients to provide specific and individualized care. Treatments consist of education, manual therapy, soft tissue work, exercise, and lifestyle modification.
Being a big believer in lifelong learning, Julia will be continuing her clinical education in acupuncture, dry needling, pelvic health and manual therapy. She is currently a certified pelvic health and Functional IMS (FIMS) physiotherapist.
In her spare time, you can find her participating in fitness classes, running, hiking as well as exploring different restaurants around Toronto.
