
Biography
Lokman completed his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University in 2014 and his Bachelor of Physical Education and Health from the University of Toronto in 2012. He has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, and focuses on both sports-related and repetitive strain injuries.
Lokman continually develops his profession and participates in post-graduate education. He has a special interest in Neurokinetic (NKT) therapy and actively uses that approach in his practice. He has completed courses including: Acupuncture Canada (AA1), concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation, Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute – Temporomandibular joint, and Mulligan Concept – Lower Quadrant.
Lokman believes successful rehabilitation incorporates a combination of education, manual therapy, and active exercises.
He is a member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, and is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
