Biography

Ankit Doshi is an FCAMPT and MDT Certified Physiotherapist practicing in uptown Toronto.
Ankit has 15 years extensive of experience in musculoskeletal pain management, post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation & physiotherapy management of sport injuries.
Ankit graduated from the MClSc. (Advanced Healthcare Practice) program from Western University & is a certified FCAMPT therapist. He is also Certified in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy, a globally recognized method of assessment and treatment for back, neck and extremities disorders. He has completed several continuing education courses: spinal manipulation, Gunn IMS and Mobilization with Movement.
Ankit enjoys treating all types of conditions, particularly complex conditions, that people have unsuccessfully seen other health practitioners for. He puts his 20+ years of experience at work and finds it very rewarding to be able to achieve the patients goals.
Ankit’s approach to patient care includes a thorough bio-mechanical examination, treatments such as intramuscular stimulation/dry needling, manual therapy, soft tissue release and exercise prescription to help his patients achieve their goals.

He is a fervent believer in patient empowerment through education, early return to activity & self management of pain resulting in decreased dependence on the practitioner.
