Beth received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Western University, followed by her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. She is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Athletics and fitness have always been a dominant aspect of her life. Her many years involved in volleyball and rugby sparked her passion for orthopaedics and sport-related injuries. She has begun the process of completing her manual therapy levels through the Orthopaedic Division Level System. In addition, she will be taking courses in acupuncture, and dry needling.
Beth also has a special interest in Pelvic Health & she has completed her pelvic Level I, II & III courses.
Beth’s holistic assessment and treatment approach focuses on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education to encourage her clients to take control of their health, and be actively involved in their rehabilitation.
