Dr. Shaleen Somji graduated from The University of Western Ontario with an Honors Specialization in Political Science. Her interest in health, fitness, and wellness led her to Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she completed the four-year Doctor of Chiropractic Degree, and later, completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture diploma at McMaster University.

Shaleen uses scientific, evidence-based treatment methods including manipulation, mobilization, active release/muscle release therapy, Graston Technique®, neurofunctional acupuncture, manual trigger point therapy, kinesiotaping, neurokinetic therapy, and a full range of modalities.

Shaleen provides a holistic approach to wellness and pain management. She aims to help all of her patients understand their condition and prevent deterioration or re-aggravation of symptoms.

Shaleen is registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and is a member of the Ontario Chiropractic Association and Canadian Chiropractic Association.

In her spare time, Shaleen enjoys playing softball, spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, and traveling the globe – she has even been to all seven continents!
