Born and raised in Toronto, Eden has always been passionate about incorporating a healthy and active lifestyle. The immense impact exercise has on someone’s psychological and physical well-being fascinates her!

Eden completed my Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto (UofT) and my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Honours) at McMaster University in Hamilton, ON. While at McMaster, she volunteered as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Men’s and Women’s Varsity Basketball Teams and worked as a Personal Trainer at McMaster’s gym “The Pulse.”

At UofT, her clinical internship experiences ranged from Acute Care, Stroke Rehab, to Musculoskeletal Private Practice. She has completed post-graduate courses in Manual Therapy, Acupuncture, and Assessment and Treatment of the Lymphatic System. Eden also has a keen interest in pursuing post-graduate courses in Vestibular Rehabilitation, NeuroKinetic Therapy, and Hippotherapy (equine-assisted physiotherapy).

In her spare time, Eden loves to stay active doing home workouts and lifting weights, running, spinning, and dancing! She also loves to cook and bake, and always strives to find “healthier versions” of more indulgent recipes.
