Stephanie completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University, followed by her Master of Physical Therapy degree at Western University. She is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

Growing up playing competitive soccer, Stephanie learned the value of physiotherapy first-hand when she suffered ankle and knee injuries. Now she strives to provide her patients with personalized education and treatment plans so they can return to their activity. Stephanie will work with you to decrease your pain, optimize your movement patterns, and work toward the goals you want to achieve. She has taken additional courses in manual therapy, the Mulligan concept, soft tissue release techniques, and will be completing her acupuncture certification in the near future.

In her spare time Stephanie enjoys staying active by running, playing sports, and going to spin class. When she is not working she enjoys traveling.
