1.

Patient Experience Ambassador – 3 position

We are a reputed Physiotherapy clinic with 6 locations in the GTA. We are looking for ONE exceptional Patient Experience Ambassador to provide ongoing exceptional customer service to our patients. We are looking for mature individuals that aim to not meet our patient’s expectations at our clinic, but to exceed them! Three positions are open for the Etobicoke, Oakville and our North  York  clinic.

Requirements:

~ Experience working in a very busy medical set-up or busy customer service environment – experience in a Physiotherapy clinic, Chiropractic clinic or dental clinic would be preferred.
~ Able to provide highest quality customer service to our patients.
~ Extremely self-motivated.
~ Understands the business side of running a medical practice.
~ Excellent phone manners & outstanding people skills.
~ Responsible, well organized and able to work under pressure as well as multi-task.
~ Proficient on the computer.
~ Able to handle and schedule a high volume of patients per day while retaining the ability to make sure patients follow their treatment plan visit frequencies.
~ Focused on growing in the Medical Customer Service field.
~ Medical office assistant diploma, degree or related medical office or customer service experience preferred.

Physiotherapist – Mississauga

We are looking for a registered physiotherapist to practice at our Mississauga (Square One area) location. It is a part time position which may be expanded to full time as the case load grows.

Primary Requirements:

~ 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopaedic setting preferred but we are open to new grads who are a right fit.
~ Exceptional interpersonal skills & ability to build client rapport.
~ A Positive attitude.
~ Performance oriented with a willingness to discuss & implement performance goals.
~ Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.
~ A Commitment to superior customer service & quality treatment.
~ Acupuncture certification an asset.
~ Must be able to positively receive feedback on performance with a willingness to adapt recommendations from caseload mentor.
~ Must be able to participate in community & promotional events to represent the clinic.
~ Interested in sharing knowledge and engaging in team-based patient care with other healthcare professionals in the clinic.
~ Good time management, multitasking and problem solving skills.
~ Ability to uphold the high level of patient experience that the clinics are known for.
~ Interest in pursuing Pelvic Health training &/or Vestibular Rehabilitation training.

Registered Massage Therapists- 3 positions

Triangle Physiotherapy is looking to add 2 Registered Massage Therapists to its team. The successful candidate will be flexible, driven, responsible, and most importantly a team player. Currently 2 positions are open for Toronto, Etobicoke and Oakville clinic.

Required Skills & Experience:

Registered and in good standing with the CMTO.

Professional Liability Insurance.

1+ years of Registered Massage Therapy preferred. New grads with the right attitude will be considered.

Must speak clear English and have good communication skills.

Ability to use clinical skills to assess & treat various conditions.

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeper- 1 position

Triangle Physiotherapy is an established & expanding Physiotherapist-owned private clinic, with multiple locations in the GTA. Our motive is to provide patient-focused quality care with emphasis on manual therapy, exercise & education-focused treatment.

We are looking for a Book Keeper to work part-time (with a potential for full-time in the future) out of our Head Office in Etobicoke. The main role of the book keeper would be to review & maintain the books on a regular basis & have the books ready at year end for the chartered accountant to do the tax planning. Collaboration with the chartered accountant will be required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all previous accounting entries have been made and are correct
  • Ensure Retained Earnings balances to previous year’s
  • Provide bank reconciliations and ensure they work. Review old deposits/outstanding cheques fix as needed
  • Go over AR by each account, either write-off anything over 90 days or provide an explanation why collectible.
  • Ensure Prepaids are correct. Print off invoices and show calculation to support balances.
  • Print off term deposit confirmations from bank, adjust for interest/disposal/additions
  • Reconcile all inter-company/entity balances
  • Print off latest CRA installment amounts to support tax balance. Ensure correct.
  • Print off latest HST installment amount to support balance. Ensure correct.
  • Ensure capital assets of be put into correct accounts.
  • Review AP listing, ensure all balances are correct. Review older balances (>90 to ensure correct)
  • Review invoices that come in Jan to ensure they are picked up in correct period
  • Ensure bonus payroll taxes was paid within 179 days of y/w
  • Review director loans, verify accuracy
  • Ensure T4 summary reconciles to payroll expense
  • Ensure EHT was paid and filed
  • File HST returns for all companies as needed.

Billing Administrator – 1.5 POSITIONS

We are a reputed Rehabilitation services provider with six locations in the GTA. We are looking for a Full-time and a Part time administrative professional to handle all billing & accounting based at our head office in Etobicoke.

Our work culture is one of fun & responsibility & accountability. We have team events on a regular basis & our administrative team is close knit & friendly.

Duties include (but not limited to):

~ Billing to third party funders – Extended health plans, WSIB & Auto Insurance.
~ Keeping track of everyday collection.
~ Accounts receivables & collections
~ Inventory management
~ Basic book-keeping (bank statement reconciliations, deposits) & banking.
~ Helping prepare for Year-end (journal entries, reconciliations etc.)
~ Some Payroll-related Tasks.
~ Other administrative duties as requested by administrative manager.
