Physiotherapy Treatment of Bunions

The focus of physiotherapy for bunions would be reducing pain and slowing down the progression of the condition,  as well as enhancing overall foot function and health.  Physiotherapists may utilize various techniques such as the use of modalities like ultrasound and TENS for pain.  Additionally, they may perform gait analysis and help address any abnormal patterns that may contribute to the exacerbation of bunions.
