Lisha is a Resident Physiotherapist with a strong interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and evidence-based care. She has completed six years of formal physiotherapy education and brings over three years of hands-on clinical experience working with clients experiencing musculoskeletal, neurological, and age-related conditions.

Lisha has experience conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Her clinical approach includes manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, mobility and functional training, and injury prevention strategies tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle.     Pooja Manjrekar is a Resident Physiotherapist in Toronto, registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She brings over 12 years of clinical experience gained in India, with special interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and movement-based therapy.

    Pooja has clinical skills in identifying movement dysfunctions and faulty biomechanics through her detailed assessments, followed by individualized tailor made, exercise-based treatment programs. Pooja’s treatment philosophy focuses on addressing the root cause of pain rather than managing symptoms alone, as correcting how the body moves is essential for restoring strength, balance, and functional mobility.

    She believes integrating Pilates with years of experience in the same into her rehabilitation programs, helping clients develop core stability, postural control, and efficient movement patterns.

    Pooja is committed to a patient-centered approach, and is a keen learner always searching for opportunities to learn new and grow in her field.

      Marly graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Before pursuing physiotherapy, she completed her Honours Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Waterloo.

      Marly is passionate about helping her clients return to the activities they love and believes in a holistic, individualized approach to care. Her treatments often combine hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and education to empower clients in their recovery. She has experience working with a wide range of populations including seniors, children, and adults with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

      Marly is committed to lifelong learning and is eager to pursue further training in advanced manual therapy and specialized areas of practice. She values building strong therapeutic relationships and fostering an encouraging, collaborative environment for her clients.

        Hello from Niharika, your friendly neighbourhood physiotherapy resident. Niharika is known for her warm personality and her ability to make almost instant connections with people.

        She is here to help others understand how their injuries connect to their root causes and to be a pivotal part of their healing journey. A firm believer in the bio-psychosocial model of health, she applies it to promote holistic wellness.

        Niharika’s interests lie in orthopaedic physiotherapy with a focus on manual therapy. In addition to graduating in the top 5 of her physiotherapy university, she holds a diploma in fitness and health practice and is an accredited global yoga instructor.

        Outside of her professional life, Niharika enjoys long trails, playing recreational badminton and basketball, is an animal lover, and loves binge-watching shows over the weekend with loved ones (alongside good food, of course).

          Karan Saini is a physiotherapy resident who earned his Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary before completing his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto in 2025.

          He has developed a broad range of clinical experience through placements in outpatient private practice clinics, rehabilitation facilities, and acute care hospitals across the Greater Toronto Area. Karan has a strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and is dedicated to working with patient’s from diverse backgrounds to help them achieve their goals.

          His treatment approach integrates manual therapy, joint mobilization, soft tissue techniques, modalities, and individualized exercise rehabilitation plans. Karan places particular emphasis on patient education, ensuring that individuals understand their condition and feel empowered to actively participate in their rehab journey.

          Outside of practice, Karan enjoys playing soccer, strength training, running, reading, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.

            Trisha is a seasoned Physiotherapist with a rich and rewarding journey. Throughout her career, she has been driven by an unwavering passion for facilitating healing, empowering individuals, and witnessing the remarkable resilience of the human body.

            Trisha graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy From Dehradun, India, and then did her Master’s in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Over the years, she has had the privilege of working in diverse clinical settings, honing her skills and gaining invaluable insights into the intricacies of physiotherapy practice.

            She strongly believes in a patient-centered approach by individualizing each treatment plan with the use of evidence-based manual therapy techniques, exercise prescriptions, and education.  Trisha is looking forward to continuing her professional development through the orthopaedic level system, acupuncture, vestibular rehabilitation, and pelvic health. Trisha is a Certified Functional IMS practitioner.

              Michael is a highly skilled Registered Physiotherapist with over eight years of private practice experience. He holds a Specialized Honor’s Degree in Kinesiology from York University and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from University College Dublin.

              Michael’s clinical approach is rooted in patient-centered care, emphasizing individualized treatment plans that respect each patient’s unique needs, values, and preferences.               Specializing in Vestibular Rehabilitation, concussion management, and a variety of orthopedic conditions, Michael’s practice is supported by extensive training in hands-on therapy techniques.                 ZILL PATEL

                Zill is a Resident Physiotherapist at Triangle Physiotherapy in Oakville, registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

                  Giezelle Felicitas is a passionate and driven physiotherapist in Etobicoke with a strong foundation in movement science and rehabilitation. Before earning her Master’s in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University in Scotland, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from York University and spent over three years working as a Kinesiologist in a busy MSK outpatient private practice. There, she gained extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions—from osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia to motor vehicle accident (MVA) and work-related injuries, as well as pre- and post-operative rehabilitation and chronic pain management.

                  In her physiotherapy practice, Giezelle brings a holistic, patient-centered approach to every session. She is also experienced in post-operative care and conservative management of joint dysfunctions and soft tissue injuries. In addition, she has worked in acute care hospital settings, where she managed patients with complex medical needs, post-surgical care, and mobility training. Riddhi is also a Certified Functional IMS practitioner.
