Michael is a highly skilled Registered Physiotherapist with over eight years of private practice experience. He holds a Specialized Honor’s Degree in Kinesiology from York University and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from University College Dublin.

      Siddhi is a Registered Physiotherapist at Triangle Physiotherapy, offering care at both the North York and Lawrence Park locations.

      She graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from the University of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth in Gujarat, India. Additionally, she completed a post-educational diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion at Seneca College and is a Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA).

      Siddhi specializes in sports injuries, vestibular rehabilitation (BPPV), and chronic pain management. Her treatment approach integrates a variety of evidence-based techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and FIMS to support recovery and enhance physical function.

                SNEHA PHADKE

                Biography

                Sneha is a registered Physiotherapist who is licensed to practice in province of Ontario.
                She holds a Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy and has been practicing for more than 7 years in various clinical settings.

                Sneha believes in conducting a detailed initial assessment, followed by manual hands-on and active therapy with patient education which involves a combination of techniques like Myofascial release, Mulligan, Maitland and Graston Technique. Sneha is also well trained in using Neuro-developmental techniques, sensory re-education, Pilates and Kinesio-taping. She is taking her career a step forward by working on pursuing McKenzie and Acupuncture certification. She also has a keen interest in the field of cancer rehabilitation.

                Sneha is also trained in pelvic health and is passionate about helping individuals with pelvic floor issues regain their quality of life.

                  Biography

                  Anthony graduated from McMaster University with a Masters of Physiotherapy and previously attained an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology & Health Science from York University. His passion for human movement stems from his life experience with exercise and the positive, transformative effects it had physically and psycho-socially in his life. His desire to help others, along with his immense interest in human anatomy, physiology, and functional exercise training has led him to pursue Physiotherapy.

                   

                   

                  Anthony utilizes a multi-modal approach to rehabilitation including a combination of exercise, education, manual therapy and modalities to help patients get back to the activities they enjoy. He empowers his patients to take an active approach in managing their injuries and recovery process.  He has a strong desire to pursue extensive postgraduate education in manual therapy, strength and conditioning, and pre-habilitation using exercise as a preventative strategy to mitigate future injury.

                  Anthony has experience working with athletes as a prior strength trainer for Ontario Athletics Baseball Association as well as working with diverse populations with the City of Vaughan as a Fitness Consultant/Instructor.

                  He is dedicated to encouraging others to live a healthy active lifestyle, and consistently strives to practice what he preaches, as an avid runner, weightlifter, hockey player and golfer himself. He also very much enjoys playing drums or guitar in his free time.
