ANTHONY CUBELLO

Registered Physiotherapist

Biography

Anthony graduated from McMaster University with a Masters of Physiotherapy and previously attained an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology & Health Science from York University. His passion for human movement stems from his life experience with exercise and the positive, transformative effects it had physically and psycho-socially in his life. His desire to help others, along with his immense interest in human anatomy, physiology, and functional exercise training has led him to pursue Physiotherapy.

Anthony utilizes a multi-modal approach to rehabilitation including a combination of exercise, education, manual therapy and modalities to help patients get back to the activities they enjoy. He empowers his patients to take an active approach in managing their injuries and recovery process.  He has a strong desire to pursue extensive postgraduate education in manual therapy, strength and conditioning, and pre-habilitation using exercise as a preventative strategy to mitigate future injury.

Anthony has experience working with athletes as a prior strength trainer for Ontario Athletics Baseball Association as well as working with diverse populations with the City of Vaughan as a Fitness Consultant/Instructor.

He is dedicated to encouraging others to live a healthy active lifestyle, and consistently strives to practice what he preaches, as an avid runner, weightlifter, hockey player and golfer himself. He also very much enjoys playing drums or guitar in his free time.

Anthony works out of the Etobicoke clinic and may be reached at etobicoke@trianglephysiotherapy.com.
