Dr. Shaar is a licensed Chiropractor who has the passion and joy in treating patients in all age groups including athletes, paediatrics and geriatrics.

She graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Biology degree in 2014 and continued her education at New York Chiropractic College where she obtained her chiropractic degree in 2017.

Dr. Shaar has been practicing chiropractic for 7 years and her goal in life is to educate people about the importance and benefits of chiropractic treatment. She encourages everyone to get their spine checked and re-aligned to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Shaar uses spinal manipulation therapy, acupuncture, manual soft tissue therapy, Webster technique (pregnancy), cupping therapy and strengthening/ rehabilitation exercises.

During her spare time, Dr. Shaar enjoys travelling the world, reading, swimming and running.

    Dr. Lola Amale has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Social Sciences. She decided to further her study at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic.

    Dr. Lola treats various musculoskeletal conditions including neck, upper and lower back pain, shoulder, hip and knee pain, as well as headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, to name a few. She offers many treatment options including, but not limited to, spinal manipulation therapy, joint mobilization, myofascial/soft tissue release technique on the muscles,dynamic cupping, rehabilitative exercise, electrotherapy, functional taping, and orthotics.

    Dr. Amale adopts a patient centred approach to treatment and patient care, with a focus on the specific needs and goals of every individual patient. She is devoted to taking every patient on a wellness journey by working closely with them to help them have a better understanding of their body and how it functions. She also makes it a point to encourage and guide them in taking an active role in their spinal health and overall wellbeing in order to attain optimal functioning and an excellent quality of life.

    Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Amale enjoys volunteering, singing, reading and hiking.

      Dr. Samantha is a dedicated evidence-based chiropractor and acupuncture provider. She is originally from Nova Scotia where her journey into the world of holistic healthcare began at Acadia University. Driven by a passion for enhancing the well-being of others, Dr. Samantha relocated to Toronto to further her education at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

      With a patient-centered approach at the core of her practice, Dr. Samantha is committed to developing tailored treatment plans and empowering her patients throughout their wellness journey. She focuses on improving the quality of life for her patients by addressing their needs and concerns, whether it is alleviating pain, enhancing mobility, being able to do their favourite activities, or promoting overall vitality.

      In her spare time, Dr. Samantha enjoys outdoor activities (especially with her dog), reading, and travelling.

        Biography

        Dr. Pav is a board-certified chiropractor. She graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2021, and is certified in Concussion Prevention, Detection and Management as well as Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Dysfunctions.

        Dr. Pav was heavily inspired to become a chiropractor by her sister (Dr. Amrit Matharu) who showcased the world of non-invasive, holistic manual therapy. Dr. Pav focuses on patient advocacy, as well as health and wellness promotion. She listens to what you are experiencing, and then locates and treats the source of the problem so you can lead a safe and healthy lifestyle.

          Biography

          Dr. Mallory Samuels was born and raised in Newfoundland.

          She completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Memorial University of Newfoundland then attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto where she obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

          Dr. Mallory believes in a holistic and evidence-based approach to care. She enjoys working with a variety of demographics and creates individualized treatment programs for each of her patients. Dr. Mallory utilizes a range of techniques including: diversified and activator adjustments, soft tissue therapy, neurofunctional acupuncture and is webster certified (prenatal and postnatal care).

          In her free time Dr. Mallory enjoys living an active lifestyle, resistance training, travelling, and trying new recipes.

            Biography

            Dr. Amrit Matharu graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Science in Honours and a Bachelor of Education. She subsequently graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2017, obtaining her Doctorate of Chiropractic.

            Dr. Amrit Matharu has been working as a registered chiropractor in private out-patient orthopaedic clinics for 4 years. Amrit has also taken postgraduate courses in concussion and headaches as well as medical acupuncture. Her chiropractic specialties include neck and lower back pain, whiplash injuries, headaches, frozen shoulder, sports injuries and motor vehicle accident injuries. During her treatment sessions, she incorporates manual chiropractic adjustments, mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, active rehabilitation and modalities, when appropriate.

            Dr. Matharu strongly believes in the crucial nature of a properly functioning musculoskeletal nervous system to support optimum health in her patients. Having a background in education, Dr. Matharu focuses on patient education and allowing the patient to take an active role in their own recovery by giving them the knowledge, confidence and necessary tools to do so.

              Dr. Kira Moussa has completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with a Bachelor of Health Sciences, and has continued her education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She is certified in Medical Acupuncture and practices evidence-based chiropractic care.

                Dr. Gina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University. During her studies, she found her passion for chiropractic while working as a chiropractic assistant. She then decided to pursue her dream and graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She has continued her education and has earned certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University, Active Release Techniques® and Webster technique.

                Dr. Gina specializes in treating both acute and chronic musculoskletal conditions. She utilizes an evidenced-based, individualized, and patient-centered approach in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of disorders related to the spine, joints and neuromusculoskeletal system. Dr. Gina specializes in the diversified technique, which includes manual chiropractic manipulations. Other techniques that she utilizes includes joint mobilizations, myofascial release therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, trigger point therapy, medical acupuncture, Webster technique, electrotherapy or modalities and functional rehabilitation. Her aim is to improve the quality of life and achieve optimal health outcomes for those residing in the Greater Toronto Area.
