Allan Palis is a highly experienced Registered Massage Therapist with nearly two decades of clinical and spa experience across Mississauga, Etobicoke, and Toronto. A graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, Allan is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and certified in Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University.

                    Vaishnavy graduated from Bryan College’s massage therapy program with honours and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Prior to this, she completed a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Science at York University.

                    Throughout her life she was always involved in sports and was a varsity track & field and cross country athlete at the university level. Throughout her athletic career she’s had exposure to rehabilitation which is where her appreciation and passion stems from.

                    Vaishnavy is dedicated to improving the overall health and well being of her patients. She does this through conducting proper assessment to ensure the best treatment possible along with providing the home care to help extend the effects of the massage. She integrates several techniques including Myofascial Release, Deep tissue Massage, General Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilization and General Relaxation. Vaishnavy believes the patient’s understanding of the treatment and treatment plan is crucial to the healing process hence why she is always happy and willing to answer any questions.
