Pooja Manjrekar is a Resident Physiotherapist in Toronto, registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She brings over 12 years of clinical experience gained in India, with special interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and movement-based therapy.
Pooja has clinical skills in identifying movement dysfunctions and faulty biomechanics through her detailed assessments, followed by individualized tailor made, exercise-based treatment programs. Pooja’s treatment philosophy focuses on addressing the root cause of pain rather than managing symptoms alone, as correcting how the body moves is essential for restoring strength, balance, and functional mobility.
She believes integrating Pilates with years of experience in the same into her rehabilitation programs, helping clients develop core stability, postural control, and efficient movement patterns.
Pooja is committed to a patient-centered approach, and is a keen learner always searching for opportunities to learn new and grow in her field.
Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys spending quality time with her one-year-old son and cooking for her family.
