RIDDHI SHAH

Registered Physiotherapist

Riddhi is a Registered Physiotherapist in Toronto with a Physical Therapy degree from India. With a solid academic foundation and diverse clinical experience, she brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to patient care that focuses on helping individuals regain independence, function, and confidence in their bodies.

Her practice is grounded in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, with hands-on expertise in treating a wide range of orthopedic and sports-related conditions, including ACL, MCL, and meniscus injuries. She is also experienced in post-operative care and conservative management of joint dysfunctions and soft tissue injuries. In addition, she has worked in acute care hospital settings, where she managed patients with complex medical needs, post-surgical care, and mobility training.

She has worked with clients across the lifespan, including pediatric, neurological, and cardiorespiratory cases, and is committed to personalized rehab plans that are functional, goal-oriented, and empowering.

Her clinical philosophy centers around understanding each individual’s story—whether it’s recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or getting back to doing the things they love. With hands-on therapy, tailored exercise programs, and ongoing education, she empowers her clients to take control of their recovery and long-term wellness.

Outside the clinic, Riddhi is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer, a creative soul who enjoys movement both professionally and personally. She also loves cooking, nail art, and spending quality time with family and friends over a warm cup of coffee.

Riddhi practices out of the King West and Queens Quay clinics and may be reached at queensquay@trianglephysiotherapy.com.
