Trisha is a seasoned Physiotherapist with a rich and rewarding journey. Throughout her career, she has been driven by an unwavering passion for facilitating healing, empowering individuals, and witnessing the remarkable resilience of the human body.

Trisha graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy From Dehradun, India, and then did her Master’s in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Over the years, she has had the privilege of working in diverse clinical settings, honing her skills and gaining invaluable insights into the intricacies of physiotherapy practice.

She strongly believes in a patient-centered approach by individualizing each treatment plan with the use of evidence-based manual therapy techniques, exercise prescriptions, and education.  Trisha is looking forward to continuing her professional development through the orthopaedic level system, acupuncture, vestibular rehabilitation, and pelvic health.

Beyond her role as a dedicated physiotherapist, she believes in the importance of maintaining a well-rounded and fulfilling life. From experimenting with makeup looks to exploring skincare routines, creating reels, travelling and photography contribute to the unique mosaic of her personal journey.

    Michael is a highly skilled Registered Physiotherapist with over eight years of private practice experience. He holds a Specialized Honor’s Degree in Kinesiology from York University and a Master’s in Physical Therapy from University College Dublin.

      Giezelle Felicitas is a passionate and driven physiotherapist in Etobicoke with a strong foundation in movement science and rehabilitation. Before earning her Master’s in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University in Scotland, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from York University and spent over three years working as a Kinesiologist in a busy MSK outpatient private practice. There, she gained extensive experience treating a wide range of conditions—from osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia to motor vehicle accident (MVA) and work-related injuries, as well as pre- and post-operative rehabilitation and chronic pain management.

      In her physiotherapy practice, Giezelle brings a holistic, patient-centered approach to every session. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality care through thorough assessments, personalized treatment plans, and meaningful collaboration with her patients to set and achieve functional goals.         Riddhi is a Registered Physiotherapist in Toronto with a Physical Therapy degree from India. With a solid academic foundation and diverse clinical experience, she brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to patient care that focuses on helping individuals regain independence, function, and confidence in their bodies.

        Her practice is grounded in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, with hands-on expertise in treating a wide range of orthopedic and sports-related conditions, including ACL, MCL, and meniscus injuries. She is also experienced in post-operative care and conservative management of joint dysfunctions and soft tissue injuries. In addition, she has worked in acute care hospital settings, where she managed patients with complex medical needs, post-surgical care, and mobility training.

          Rucha is a Physiotherapist in Mississauga.

          Rucha has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.

          Her work experience covers a wide variety of settings such as Medical and Surgical units including ICU.             Siddhi is a Registered Physiotherapist at Triangle Physiotherapy, offering care at both the North York and Lawrence Park locations.

            She graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from the University of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth in Gujarat, India. Additionally, she completed a post-educational diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion at Seneca College and is a Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA).

            Siddhi specializes in sports injuries, vestibular rehabilitation (BPPV), and chronic pain management. Her treatment approach integrates a variety of evidence-based techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and FIMS to support recovery and enhance physical function.

            With a strong belief that every injury and dysfunction is unique, Siddhi tailors each treatment plan to the individual, considering their personal experiences, goals, and abilities.               Allison is a physiotherapist in Mississauga.

              Allison (“Ally”) graduated from Western University with a Master of Physical Therapy degree. Previously, she studied at the University of Guelph and obtained a Bachelor of Science with a major in Biomedical Sciences.

              Ally is passionate about finding realistic solutions that work towards an individual’s goal. Ally believes that any person is capable of achieving their goals with some helpful insight and the appropriate tools. Ally has worked with a wide variety of patients and conditions including national athletes, post-operative joint replacements, spinal cord injuries and many more. Ally is currently working on achieving her AIM Level 1 certification with the Orthopedic Division and plans to obtain her certifications in pelvic floor physiotherapy.

              In her spare time, you might find Ally playing fetch with her dog Gus Gus (a large long-haired German shepherd who is about half of Ally’s size).

                Susan is a registered Physiotherapist who is licensed to work in Ontario. She pursued her Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy (India) and a Masters degree in Applying Physiotherapy (UK). She is has also completed the Masters in Clinical Science (MClSc) in Advanced Healthcare Practice at the University of Western Ontario.

                Susan has experience working with pediatric and adult patients with various musculoskeletal needs. She believes in a patient centered approach for treatment with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and patient education.

                Susan has done courses in Neuro-developmental Treatment (NDT), Sensory Integration (SI), Mulligan, McKenzie and Kinesio Taping. Susan is also a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manual and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists (FCAMPT).
