Holly graduated from Queen’s University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) in 2023. Prior to this, she completed her Bachelor of Science with Honours in Life Science and a Minor in Mathematics at Queen’s University in 2020.
Holly’s passion for physiotherapy originates from being involved in competitive swimming, rugby, and field hockey and extensive volunteer work with people with disabilities. She believes in a collaborative approach to rehabilitation and values the importance of the client-therapist relationship. Her aim is to empower patients and provide them with the right tools to feel confident in managing their own care. Holly’s approach to assessments and treatments includes manual therapy, soft tissue work, exercise prescription, and client education. As she continues her post-graduate development, she plans to expand her skill set with acupuncture and dry needling.
Holly is originally from the West Coast of Canada and loves all things outdoors. She enjoys hiking, camping, and swimming. Being new to the city, in her free time she will be exploring new restaurants and cafes to find Toronto’s best coffee!
Holly practices out of the King Street clinic and can be reached at email@example.com.
