Jessica obtained her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Before that, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan. During her time obtaining her undergraduate degree, she was a student-athlete and played for the U of S women’s hockey team.
During her competitive hockey career, Jessica found a passion for the human body and its capabilities. Jessica has first-hand experience of going through many different injuries and the rehabilitation process. Jessica takes a holistic approach to physical therapy and treats everyone as a unique individual. This includes not only patient education, personalized exercise prescription, and manual therapy; but also preventative care.
Jessica is always looking to continue her journey of professional growth and maintains an interest in orthopedic rehabilitation and pursues ongoing education in manual therapy.
When Jessica is not at the clinic you can find her going for her daily run, watching sports, or checking out new restaurants in the city.
